What can I use as a form of payment?Can you ship to an international address?
We can ship to international addresses through the United States Postal
Service. However, international orders cannot be shipped at our standard
shipping prices. Shipping charges are based on the actual postage cost, which is
determined at the time of shipment.

I visit?
Yes, all customers are welcome to visit our parent store (Country Closet) in
the charming small town of Reinbeck, IA. You can find us at 427 Main St. between
the hours of 10 am - 6 pm.
How do I change or cancel an order?
If for any reason you would like to change or cancel an order, call 1-866-380-8737
or e-mail as soon as possible. We will try our best to accommodate your request.
Our policy is to fill and ship orders as quickly as possible. As a result, we
cannot cancel or change an order once it has entered the shipping process.
